Wake Up Call!

Alarm Signs to Seek Help

7 PM (IST), 19th October 2023

Pocketful of Pebbles is our series of custom-designed workshops which create awareness on mental health related topics, share tools that you can actually use, and help you take active steps for positive change.

We have two workshops coming up in October, 2023!

'Wake Up Call: Alarm Signs to Seek Help' on Oct 19 at 7 PM (IST), focuses on identifying alarm signs that tell you it's time to seek help for your own mental health and safety. Whether for ourselves or for our loved ones, it’s important to know when things are really bad and need a quick response.

Creating Boundaries

Building Safe Spaces, not Walls

7 PM (IST), 20th October 2023

This workshop is all about helping you understand the importance of boundaries and learn how to protect yourself. We also want to help you learn the difference between creating healthy boundaries and safe spaces vs. putting up walls that could harm you and others.

We suggest you sign up for both as they are designed to be psycho-educational: learning about these will help you, and also empower you to help those around you.

#ASKPRAKRUTHI

I grew up with a highly curious mind, and always wished that the Church would have more space for questions. I've never liked the idea of blindly following something, and now after all these years, I know all the more that it's important to ask the right questions.
